Leadership Assessment

Training designed to draw creative ideas from participants to enhance the organization.  Through an edifying and engaging approach, participants will learn leadership principles, identify solutions for organizational hurdles, and build a strong bond with one another. 

Behavioral and Communication Assessment

This is a behavioral and communication assessment, which brings awareness to an individual and team’s communication dynamics.  By understanding your team’s communication style you can implement strategies to overcome common communication challenges so that you can achieve greater productivity within your group.  Available for individuals and group level.

Manager/Leader Coaching

One-to-one coaching designed for managers and/or team leaders.  This is designed to maximize their leadership potential and enhance their ability to extract value from their team.

Lunch and Learn

Great opportunity to leverage lunch hours or short segments of time, to introduce leadership principals and practices.  Topics can be customized.  

Group Training

In this 4-6 week training, participants will mastermind with other like-minded individuals, learn and apply leadership techniques.  Highly recommended for teams or individuals at the same level.  Topics include:  Communication, developing leaders, personal growth, overcoming failure.

Personal and Professional Growth

This is a group training to develop an individual’s perspective and understanding of their own value.  Through this training participants will uncover their strengths and identify a customized path for continued growth.  Recommended for those pursing advancement, new milestones in their personal and professional life.

Customer Experience Training

This is a facilitated discussion, participants will become acutely aware of the current level of customer service, and identify areas to elevate service experiences for customers.   There will be hands on application, and it will leverage participant’s ideas which therefore achieve natural buy-in.
